WAIVER OF RIGHTS
I, DANIEL A. DUTERTE, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident
of Brgy. Canlapwas, Catbalogan City, Samar, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am an holder of Plate Number 0721 issued by the City of

Catbalogan;

2. That I will no longer operate a motorcab bearing the above plate

number. Hence, I am transferring the same to MR. RICHARD A.
GABON, a resident of Brgy. Canlapwas, Catbalogan City, Samar;

3. That I hereby waive all rights and interest over the above –
mentioned property in favor of MR. RICHARD A. GABON.

4. That I execute this waiver, freely and voluntarily to attest to the

foregoing facts and statements and for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
