TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR DISTRIBUTOR

1. Delivery of goods will be affected on receipt of confirmed order and Post Dated Cheques with us or full payment deposited in our account of
HDFC Bank or United Western Bank (Multilocation) or Demand Draft drawn on any Recognized Scheduled Bank payable at Pune/ Mumbai/
Panchgani.
2. Prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes and freight. The prices ruling at time of dispatch will be applicable.
3. Payment Terms:
i) 100% advance with the order or P.D.C as agreed to be deposited on next day of expected date of delivery.
ii) "C" Form wherever applicable has to be sent with the order
4. The order will be executed subject to the availability of stocks. The Company also reserves the rights to dispatch order in part. Unless
otherwise stated a dispatch cancels, all un-serviced order.
5. Order for the goods should be in carton lots. Once the order is placed and goods have been dispatched no cancellation will be accepted.
6. We offer distributor margin of 7.5% on Landed Cost to Distributor.
7. Replacement of goods will be entertained against manufacturing defects. You must inform the company within 15 days from the date of
receipt of such consignment.
8. The goods will be sent through Road Transport C & F TRANSPORTERS GODOWN / YOUR GODOWN of your city.
9. The Distributor will be responsible to attend to the complaints of the retailers /customers and inform the Company accordingly.
10. Accounts are to be confirmed every quarter ending June, Sept, Dec and March.
11. In the event of any dispute the matter will be referred to the appropriate court within the jurisdiction of Wai, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra.
12. Distributors are expected to carry Avg. 2 week’s stocks.
13. Octroi to be adjusted in the invoice itself however you need to pay octroi to the transporter on delivery.
14. Goods should be sold at the retail price fixed by the company; however the distributor is free to sell lower than price fixed from time to time.
15. The distributor must cover each market at least once in 15 days and important markets every week as per guidelines by the company /
sales staff. The delivery against order should be supplied to the trade in 24 hours.
16. Trade schemes / Promotions Scheme (if any) must be passed on to the trade.
