Profilieranlage zur Herstellung von offenen Profilen wie U-,
C-, Z- und SIGMA – Profile mit verschiedenen Profilbreiten
und unterschiedlichen Profilformen.
Als Vormaterial können je nach Bedarf Coils mit einer
Breite bis 750 mm und einer Dicke von 1,5 bis 3,2 mm
verarbeitet werden. Die Breitenverstellung der Rollen für
die Profilierung unterschiedlich breiter Pfetten erfolgt
stufenlos mit nur einem Rollensatz. Die Ausführung in
Kassettenbauweise ermöglicht die Fertigung von
verschiedenen Profilformen, indem die Kassetten mit ihren
unterschiedlichen Rollensätzen getauscht werden. Durch
die integrierte fliegende Stanze können die notwendigen
Montagelöcher während der Profilierung vollautomatisch
eingebracht werden.

design implies the production of different profile forms by
changing the cassettes with their different roll-forming
units. Through the integrated flying punching machine
required assembly holes can be made during the
production process.
