Dear Sir,

As you requested, we are pleased to submit our proposal for our IPSTAR Satellite Broadband Internet
Service for your consideration and approval.

We are offering two types of Plan for your needs; The Retail Plan and the Vertical Plan.

Retail Plans are “Non-Dedicated” Plans, this means that this Plan is being shared by several users.
The Data Rates are Burstible Speeds only, which means that if there will be few users on that
particular plan, the chances to Burst for the user using the Plan is likely. Retail Plans are
recommended only for simple Internet Usage like browsing, emails, and other applications that will
not require high Bandwidth. It is usually recommended for 1 PC use.

Vertical Plan are the “Dedicated’ Plan, this is 100% Committed Information Rate. No other users are
sharing the Data Rate you subscribed. Other than the satellite latency (delay) the Bandwidth Speed is
the guaranteed speed you will get.

The following are the rates. Kindly take note of the terms and conditions at the turn of the page.

1. Quotation Validity : Fifteen (15) days from date of proposal.

2. Payment : In Philippine Pesos.

4. Service Delivery : If stock is available. Ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days upon
payment of fees. Otherwise, allow 30 – 45 days lead time.

5. Terms of Payment :A. One –Time Costs (OTC) - 100% Upfront Payment or upon receipt
of Purchase Order.

:B. Monthly Recurring Charges- within 7 days upon receipt of

monthly billing.

6. Inclusions/Exclusions :Prices excludes all local government taxes and spectral

/ radio station license fees.

7. Footprint Coverage :IPSTAR Philippine Broadband Beam. Footprint covers

Entire Philippines excluding the Islands of Palawan and
Sulu Peninsula.

8. Installation a. Please assure a clear line of sight to the satellite,180deg

facing south.

b. Applicant must provide sufficient concrete ground space

for satellite dish installation, at least 1.5m x 1.5m.

c. Cost for the concrete Antenna Base including Counter

weights, cements and water proofing, structured cabling,
conduits, after Antenna is erected is for the account of the
client.

d. Galvanized Roof installations are not acceptable.

e. Subscriber should provide an AVR or an Uninterruptible

Power Supply (UPS) with Built-in AVR for power Stability.
Rating of the UPS or AVR should be no less than 500 VA

9. Service Duration : Minimum Period of one (1) year from approval application.

10. Warranty : One (1) Year from Date of Installation.

Includes parts and service warranty.
Warranty period starts from date of successful installation.
Force Majure and Vermin Infestation is not included in the
Warranty Coverage.

11. Terms of Use: : a. Minimum of 1 year Service Contract and renewable every
year.

b. Should client wish not to renew the service, client should

inform WIT through a formal letter on or before 30 days
before the end-of the contract term otherwise the service
will be deemed renewed automatically.

c. Early termination of the service will be subject to penalties

equivalent to the remaining months of the lease period.

d. Retail Plans and Premium plan are non-dedicated Bandwidth

Plans.
