Role & Responsibility –Reporting to MD, CEO and VP Operation. Presently handling Corporate and Plant
independently with five employees at Corporate and seven employees at Plant reporting to me. Total
Manpower on roll is around 302 and contract employees 349. Also support Nigeria (Oil and Gas exploration
Achievement at Sterling Biotech - Made SOP for HR department, and implemented HR policy at plant level.
Conducted various employee engagement activities – arranged Puja department wise Celebrated Sports
month at Plant and engage employees in different games like Cricket, Volley Ball, Chess, and fun games.
Conducted Behavioral training and coordinated Technical and safety Training for all employees. Improve
canteen facility for all employees. Introduce Face detective attendance system and leave management system
for all employees.

Raks Pharma Ltd

Role & Responsibility –Reporting to MD and Sr. VP Operation. Presently handling Plant independently with five
employees from HR reporting to me. Total Manpower on roll is around 205 and contract employees 126.
Achievement at Raks Pharma - Done recruitment at all the levels. Providing induction and conducting joining
and exit interview. Started PMS activity to review employee performance and release increment at right time
to motivate employees at plant and corporate level. Made SOP for HR department, and implemented HR
policy at plant level. Processing salary and wages for all employees. Conducted various employee engagement
activities – arranged Puja department wise, get together for all employees along with of MD. Celebrated Sports
month at Plant and engage employees in different games like Cricket, Volley Ball, Chess, Carom, Badminton
and fun games. Done Government Liasioning with various Govt. Dept. i.e. Director Industrial Safety & Health,
Employee Provident Fund, Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Prohibition & Excise Dept., PESO, Police Dept.,
District Magistrate, District Collector, GIDC etc. Taken care of day to day admin related functions i.e. Canteen,
Security, Transportation, Hotel Arrangements for Delegates, Vehicle Up keeps for the Visitors, Guest House
Admin. etc. Started bus facility for all employees, started canteen facility for all employees. Started Bio matric
attendance system and leave management system for all employees. Taken disciplinary action in cases of theft
and absenteeism. Taking care of Mediclaim, GPA and WC of all employees. Done HR Budget, MIS report too.

Viraj Profile Ltd, Mumbai

Role & Responsibility – I was responsible for HR, Personnel, IR, Welfare function of employees working at
WRM plant. I have handled three plants independently with five employees. On Roll is 742 & Off Roll 200.
Achievement at Viraj Profile Ltd - Recruited manpower as per budget based on “TO BE” structure at plant.
Successfully conducted training & development program internally for employees as per target (i.e. 4 Mandays
for each employee). Maintained Attrition below 2% as per target (KPI). Handle Strike of Forklift Operator at
Plant & reached to amicable solution. Started Birthday celebration, rewarding employees for good work at
shop floor to motivate employees at Plant. Provided Weekly management presentation & MIS to

Torrent Power Ltd. Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibility – Responsible for HR function of employees working at Zonal office following under
Distribution. Reported to President HR and President Distribution. I was working with 16 staff employees. Total
Manpower at Western Zone was around 80 officer, 789 staff, and 42 contractors with 856 contract employees.
Achievement at Torrent Power Ltd -Successfully completed & implemented Attendance system & SAP HR.
Conducted training & development program as internal trainer for SAP contract module. Taken disciplinary
action against employees for misconduct like absenteeism, dual employment, consuming drugs on job etc.
Facilitated & support collective bargaining, compilation of data and implementation of Long Term Settlement.
Taken active part in settlement process. Worked on new norms to increase productivity during settlement
process. Provided support like manpower, food from canteen, vehicle etc. at the time of flood.

Jashwantlal Kantilal Ankleshwar (Spherehot)

Role & Responsibility - I was responsible for all HR, Personnel, IR, Welfare and Administration function along
with 2 subordinates. Total Manpower was around 27 officer and 145 PL with 5 contractors with 105 CL.
Achievement at Jashwantlal Kantilal Ankleshwar Ltd - Started recruitment of manpower based on
requirement. Started Training & development activities. Implemented Grievance redressal mechanism.
Provided Safety equipment under factory act to prevent accident. Registered Company under Contract Labour
Act. Constructed Scooter and cycle parking stand for all employee of our organization at Sphere hot company.
