The following is an email I sent to a friend who works for Pro-Life in Italy.

Dear Laura,

How are you? It is not easy today! We want good things per our dears ones, for our families, but we
see that things are getting worse very quickly. A great number of people who lived before us did not
trust God but they trusted themselves or the world or worse, and so we have arrived to this point of
social, cultural and religious crisis in the history of the world and of the Church, the Body of Christ.

I think I sent you by email: “I went to vote today, March 4, 2018, in Italy, and I said before those
present where one votes, even though you must not say who to vote for, I said we must vote for
GOD, because only GOD can save Italy!!! To vote for God means to make a good monthly
confession according to the 10 Commandments explained in the CCC, not according to the TV, the
Holy Sunday Mass, and the Holy Rosary everyday!!! “

Regarding the political party, “People for the Family” (“Il Popolo della Famiglia”), we have found a
few things. But first I would like to offer some information which indicates the situation today in
the world and in the Church, which we spoke about on the train a little bit, May 19, 2018, the day of
the March for Life in Rome.

Already more than 400 years ago Our Lady warned us about the power of Freemasonry in our
times:
“Thus I make it known to you that from the end of the 19th century and shortly after the middle of
the 20th century…the passions will erupt and there will be a total corruption of morals… As for the
Sacrament of Matrimony, which symbolizes the union of Christ with His Church, it will be attacked
and deeply profaned. FREEMASONRY, which will then be in power, will enact iniquitous laws
with the aim of doing away with this Sacrament, making it easy for everyone to live in sin and
encouraging procreation of illegitimate children born without the blessing of the Church… IN
THIS SUPREME MOMENT OF NEED FOR THE CHURCH, THE ONE WHO SHOULD
SPEAK WILL FALL SILENT.”

In the Catechism of the Catholic Church for adults (ed. 1992), we find:
The Church's ultimate trial
675 Before Christ's second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the
faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the
“mystery of iniquity” in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their
problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. the supreme religious deception is that of the
Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah
come in the flesh.
676 The Antichrist's deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is
made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be realized beyond history
through the eschatological judgement. the Church has rejected even modified forms of this
falsification of the kingdom to come under the name of millenarianism, especially the “intrinsically
perverse” political form of a secular messianism.
677 The Church will enter the glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, when
she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection. The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not
by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God's victory
over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven. God's
triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgement after the final cosmic
upheaval of this passing world.

It is true what you say that we must seek to protect our families and the society. The vocation, the
grace of the vocation, of the father of the family and of the pastor is to protect the family and the
society, to protect the sheep from the wolf, “the father of lies” (Jn 8:44). True love for ones
neighbor fundamentally consists in helping our neighbor to carry out the design and vocation
from God (not from the world or from Satan) for our neighbor. Husbands must help their wives to
carry our their vocation from God as the heart of the family and the wives must inspire (not seduce)
their husbands to live as the Good Pastor who “offers his life for the sheep” (Jn 10:11), ready to
give his life for his wife and family as did Jesus for his Spouse, the Church (Eph 5:25). In general,
man reasons with his head, and the woman reasons with her heart; both are equally important with
different roles. Wives, families and the society need very much the vocation of the authentic
Christian man, but Satan has led people to rebel against this gift of the protection of God the Father
and of the good fathers of the families and of the faithful pastors of the parishes. We cannot
substitute for the vocation of another person; this is why we must rejoice and thank God for the
vocation of the people around us who live their respective vocations. This is why a powerful
weapon in the hands of Satan is secular feminism, with a great help from the secular mass media,
to despise the vocations of others, to make jealous, to criticize, to rebel against, to ridicule on the
TV, to put aside the father of the family so that there is not the normal and fundamental protection,
preordained by God, to defend us from the beautiful lies and the half truths from the “prince of the
world”, Satan (Jn 12:31, 14:30), who is very intelligent and does not sleep. Eliminating the father of
the family, separating the children from the parents with powerful hidden messages of rebellion on
the TV, the children will be formed by the world! This is a similar strategy used by lions in Africa
who wait patiently for the little ones to stray too far from their mother!

It is very interesting that after the Second Vatican Council, a great number of seminaries stopped
teaching classes on logic and metaphysics so the priests are much less prepared to be able to
distinguish the subtle differences between the TRUTH and the very powerful and hidden poisons of
the heresies - of the beautiful lies, of the half truths, of false love, of false mercy, of misguided
compassion, of false ecumenism - that lead souls away from the TRUTH which truly makes us free
(Jn 8:32). Saint Thomas Aquinas wrote: Rarely affirm, seldom deny, ALWAYS DISTINGUISH.
Already 400 years ago, Satan, with the protestant rebellion (“reformation”), led the protestants to
rebel against all that is Catholic arriving to “Scripture Alone”, “Faith Alone”, and to reject
philosophy, which fundamentally offers logic which includes the ancient philosophers, such as
Aristotle and Plato, accusing the Catholic Church of contaminating the pure faith with ancient
philosophies. But Satan uses many different philosophies to deceive us and to lead us far from God;
if one does not understand the fundamental philosophies, there is no defence against these beautiful
hidden lies. The other extreme was the rebellion against faith, with illuminism and rationalism. It is
a continual struggle to maintain the proper balance of both as Satan continually pushes the
pendulum toward one extreme or the other. This is why there is needed Divine Revelation properly
and infallibly explained by the authentic Magisterium of the Church of 2000 years, not just of the
last 5 or 6 years according to what the world wants approved and promoted by the “Modern
Church” infiltrated with many Masons. God gave us both, faith and reason, like the two wings of a
bird. Perhaps Saint Augustine said it best: “I believe in order to understand, and I understand in
order to believe.” I thank God to have graduated in mathematics (UCLA, 1974) and to have studied
philosophy at the Angelicum in Rome with the Dominican fathers in the 80’s who taught us logic
and metaphysics and philosophy and theology in the context of Thomism, not a pick and choose
smorgasbord type Catholicism or collection of modern philosophies all on the same level of
importance and of orthodoxy as is done in many catholic universities after the Second Vatican
Council. Just as the guidance and protection of the fathers of families was pushed aside, this
promoted lack of criteria was a underhanded way of taking away the guidance and protection of the
authentic Magisterium of the Church in the name of “freedom of thought” which encouraged young
students and seminarians to choose any philosophical base that appealed to them without any
explanation about the dangers or what really leads to the fullness of Truth, Who is Jesus Christ (Jn
14:6). Read the encyclical of Pope John Paul II, “Fides et Ratio” (1998;

Almost twenty Cardinal and more than 150 Bishops, more than 50,000 priests and religious, have
followed the Marian Movement for Priests, receiving by way of the book which contains the
messages, precious teaching from the Mother of God, in this devastating attack of the ecclesiastical
Masonry on the sound doctrine of the Church and the Sacraments, especially the Most Holy
Eucharist.
Many bishops have given their Imprimatur to this book. You will find in these messages of Our
Lady revealed through Don Stefano Gobbi a resemblance to the writings of Saint Louis de
Montfort, Saint Therese of the Child Jesus and to the messages of Our Lady of Fatima, with the
sweetness that only the Mother of God, and the Mother of each us, could communicate to those
open to the caresses of Our Lady!

“For this I need much prayer. More is obtained through one day of intense prayer than
through years of continuous discussions” (October 24, 1984).
“In the name of Mary, Marxist communism, which for decades had been exercising its rule and
holding so many of my poor children in oppressive and bloody slavery, has been defeated in these
countries. Not because of political movements or persons, but through my personal
intervention, has your liberation finally come about. It will again be in the name of Mary that I
will bring to completion my work with the defeat of Masonry, of every diabolical force, of
materialism, and of practical atheism, so that all humanity will be able to attain its encounter with
the Lord and be thus purified and completely renewed, with the triumph of my Immaculate Heart in
the world” (Sastin (Slovakia, Czechoslovakia); September 12, 1991).
“See how humanity lies prostrate and wounded, lacerated and defeated, threatened and stricken,
diseased and dying. OF ITSELF IT CAN NO LONGER RISE AGAIN, unless a great mercy
lift it up” (December 31, 1991).
“MY ADVERSARY (Satan) WILL ONE DAY THINK THAT HE IS CELEBRATING A
COMPLETE VICTORY: over the world, over the Church, over souls. It will be only then that I will
intervene - terrible and victorious - that his defeat may be all the greater when he is certain in his
conviction that he has conquered once for all. What is in preparation is so extraordinary that its like
has never happened since the creation of the world. That is why everything has already been
predicted in the Bible. The terrible struggle between me, the Woman Clothed with the Sun, and the
Red Dragon, Satan, who has now succeeded in seducing many ...” (October 18, 1975).

Our Lady of Trevignano Romano: “Watch out also for the fake “democracies”, because they will

It is not easy today. Things are beginning to come tumbling down. Everyone wants to live a normal
life, not in a hurry. But for those who truly pray for guidance from God and to do the will of God in
our situation truly difficult today, God helps us more than ever today. We are called to become
saints more quickly than normal, to arrive more quickly to think about the more essential things,
that is, eternity is much more important than this short life!!!

Sister Lucy of Fatima said to Father Agostino Fuentes, the postulator of the cause of beatification of
Giacinta e Francesco (December 26, 1957): “Our Lady is very displeased because it is not taken
into account her message of 1917. Neither the good nor the bad have held them in consideration.
Believe me my Father, the Lord will punish the world very soon; the punishment is immanent!
Many nations will disappear from the face of the earth, many nations will be annihilated. … The
devil knows that the religious and the priests, not living up to their beautiful vocation, drag many
souls to hell. … We have at our disposition TWO EFFICACIOUS MEANS: Prayer and Sacrifice.
… The third time she said that, the other means exhausted and despised by men, He will give with
trembling the last anchor of salvation which is the Most Holy Virgin in person, signs of tears,
messages of seers spread in all the parts of the earth. Our Lady said that if we do not listen and if
we still offend we will not be pardoned. Father, it is urgent that we realize this terrible reality. WE
DO NOT WANT TO FILL THE SOULS WITH FEAR, BUT ONLY IT IS URGENT A RECALL
TO REALITY. From when the Holy Virgin gave such a great efficaciousness to the Rosary,
THERE DOES NOT EXIST ANY MATERIAL, SPIRITUAL, NATIONAL OR
INTERNATIONAL PROBLEM that cannot be resolved with THE HOLY ROSARY AND
WITH OUR SACRIFICES. To recite it with devotion will be to consol Mary and to wipe away so
many tears from her Immaculate Heart. … Our Lady expressly said: “We are approaching the end
times”.”

Prayers and graces are never wasted; if the people for which we pray for do not want to change their
lives and carry the cross of Jesus, the graces go to people who are willing to do the will of God and
to share more in the passion and crucifixion of the Church, the Body of Christ. Speaking about our
times, Saint Louis de Montfort, in his book, “True Devotion to Mary”, tells us about the saints in
our times:
“I said that this will happen especially towards the end of the world, and indeed soon, because
Almighty God and his holy Mother are to raise up great saints who will surpass in holiness most
other saints as much as the cedars of Lebanon tower above little shrubs” (No. 47).
Saint Padre Pio said: "It would be easier for the world to survive without the sun than to do so
without the HOLY MASS." This saint also said: “The ROSARY is the weapon for these times”!

I do not want to discourage you, but at least I want to help us to put our energies in the things that
produce true lasting fruits. It is normal to want to be protagonists in the solutions that are needed
today. But we must remember what we hear in the liturgy of Ash Wednesday: “Remember that you
are dust, and to dust you shall return”! It is Our Lady who God has given the task of crushing
the head of the serpent in this period (Gen 3:15), not myself or you; I must suffer and pray much
to discover what Mary wants that I should do. This is the period of the “great tribulation” (Mt
24:21); this is the period of the great battle between the “woman clothed with the sun” and the
“great red dragon” (Rev 12:1-3)! If the soldiers or colonels do not obey the 5 star general or do
things that they think is better but not in unity with the whole army, what happens? Saint Paul tells
us that not even a good thought comes from ourselves but from the Holy Spirit (Rom 8:26; 2Cor
3:5; Phil 2,13)! Jesus said: “Apart from me you can do nothing” (Jn 15:5); He did not say
“something”, but “nothing”! If we do not have the humility to seek to discover the plan of Our Lady
and to submit to her plan so as to be part of her army, we can easily find ourselves helping the plan
of the enemy and to be part of the army of the “prince of the world” (Satan) (Jn 12:31; 14:30), with
“good intentions”! If we are not united in the army of Our Lady, we will be easily used in
underhanded ways, to contribute to the other army, or at least, to end up afterwards deluded and
discouraged. Two armies are being formed today, that of Our Lady and that of Satan. Already
300 years ago Saint Louis de Montfort explained these things well in his classical book, “True
Devotion to Mary”.

Our Lady says often “To the Priests, Our Lady's Beloved Sons” (http://our-lady-

“Allow yourselves also to be carried in my motherly arms, with humility, with docility and with
meekness” (February 2, 1988). "Beloved sons, live with joy the mystery of the Presentation of the
Child Jesus in the Temple of Jerusalem, and with docility let yourselves also be carried in my
motherly arms” (February 2, 1989).

In this period of the “great tribulation” (Mt 24:21), “the Church will enter the glory of the kingdom
only through this final Passover, when she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection”
(CCC 677). But “IN THE END MY IMMACULATE HEART WILL TRIUMPH!” - Our Lady
of Fatima, Portugal, 1917. There will be fulfilled the Protoevangelium (Gen 3:15) – Saint Louis de
Montfort!

Those who understand the fundamental message of Jesus understand the fundamental motive for
Jesus’ coming to the earth which we say several times during the Holy Mass: “Lamb of God Who
takes away the sins of the world, have mercy of us”. But today, as the last several popes have told
us up to 5 or 6 years ago, the greatest and fundamental sin today is that there is no more sin, we
have lost the sense of sin. We believe to be able to resolve the problems of society while very few
seek to truly live the Gospel explained in the Catechism of the Catholic Church for adults. Jesus
offered mercy but never compromises with the law, the will of God! A great number of people who
even come the church regularly say the words of the Our Father, “THY will be done”, but live,
“MY will be done”; the religion exists for so many to satisfy what I want, but not to discover and
do the will of God! Very few go to confession today! Very few people and families today pray the
Holy Rosary together. The Church, the popes, the saints tell us that the most fundamental evil
which destroys society and the souls is SIN!

What happens to the few priests and bishops today who do the fundamental work, to identify and
cure, as spiritual doctors, the gravest sicknesses of the souls, mortal sins? THE PRIESTS TODAY
WHO PREACH THE WHOLE GOSPEL and all of the teachings of the Magisterium of the Church
are labeled ridged and old-fashioned, insensitive, lacking in compassion, divisive, judgmental,
moralists. While at the same time the ones who maintain a culpable silence, the ones who tell their
people what they think they want to hear are seen as understanding, sympathetic, pastorally
sensitive and merciful. But this way of doing things is not true mercy! “Woe to you, when all men
speak well of you, for so their fathers did to the false prophets” (Lk 6:26). “For they loved the
praise of men more than the praise of God” (Jn 12:43). “How can you believe, who receive glory
from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from the only God?” (Jn 5:44; Gal 1:10). But
this way of doing is not true mercy! THIS IS FALSE LOVE, MISGUIDED COMPASSION, false
mercy, false ecumenism, that does not lead to paradise for all eternity!?!

We do not want to obey God. We do not trust God. Did God give us the Ten Commandments for
out good or for our evil? Here are a few words for our times from the The “Prophecy” of Saint

2. The power of the demons will be greater than usual, the immaculate purity of our religious
community and of others, will wither to the point that very few Christians will want to obey the true
Sovereign Pontiff and the Roman Church with a sincere heart and perfect charity. At the decisive
moment of this crisis, a personage not canonically elected, raised to the Pontificate, will
endeavor to administer shrewdly to many the mortal poison of his error.

More than 400 years ago, the protestants rejected the guidance of our Holy Mother Church, but a
great number of Catholics today in the Church do the same. When Pope Paul VI published the
prophetic encyclical, “HUMANAE VITAE” (1968), which confirmed the constant teaching of the
Church that it is a mortal sin to use artificial birth control and to use natural birth control for non
grave reasons, there was an incredibly strong negative reaction not only from lay people who
wanted to enjoy the pleasures of sexual relations without any responsibility or openness to live
using contraceptives, but also on the part of a great number of priests and bishops who wanted to
please the people, even a few Episcopal conferences (i.e., the “Winnipeg Statement” of the
Canadian bishops)! We deserve what is happening today in the world and in the Church as indicated
by the Prophecy of Saint Francis of Assisi.

Three years before the publication of “Humanae Vitae”, Saint Michael the Archangel at
Garabandal, sent by Our Lady, (Spain, 1965) said: “Many Cardinal, many Bishops and many
Priests are on the road to perdition and with them they are bringing many souls”! That is, a
great number of bishops and priests preach what people want to hear, a Christianity without the

On November 11, 2013, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the Apostolic Nuncio (Papal
Ambassador) to the United States, addressed the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops at
their annual fall meeting in Baltimore, Maryland.
Archbishop Viganò quoted as “profoundly prophetic” remarks made by Blessed John Paul II (then
Cardinal Wojtyla) during the Eucharistic Congress on Aug. 13, 1976 for the Bicentennial
celebration of the signing of our Declaration of Independence:
“We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has ever
experienced. I do not think that the wide circle of the American Society, or the whole wide circle of
the Christian Community realize this fully. We are now facing the FINAL CONFRONTATION
between the Church and the anti-church, between the gospel and the anti-gospel, between Christ
and the antichrist. The confrontation lies within the plans of Divine Providence. It is, therefore, in
God's Plan, and it must be a trial which the Church must take up, and face courageously….”

Archbishop Viganò said that he viewed these words “as a call to attentiveness, watchfulness and
preparedness for whatever proclaiming the Gospel may mean for us as successors of the Apostles,
who were called to give radical witness to their faith in Jesus Christ.” (http://spir-

Pope John Paul II said to a group of pilgrims in Fulda, West Germany, in November 1980, speaking
about the secrets of Fatima, that: “We have to be prepared to suffer, before long, great trials which
will require of us the disposition to sacrifice even our life for Christ. Through your prayers and
mine, it is still possible to diminish this trial (predicted at Fatima), but it is no longer possible to
avert it, because only in this manner can the Church be effectively renewed. How many times has
the renewal of the Church been brought about in blood! It will not be different this time.”

The eighth Station of the Cross indicates to us this also when “Jesus turning to them said,
"Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For
behold, the days are coming when they will say, 'Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never
bore, and the breasts that never gave suck’!” (Lk 23:26-30). This is precisely what is said today in
the culture of death, to not have babies. Jesus was speaking especially about our generation: “the
days are coming when they will say…”. “Then they will begin to say to the mountains, 'Fall on us';
and to the hills, 'Cover us.' For if they do this when the wood is green, what will happen when it is
dry?"

In the final message of the Blessed Virgin, October 13, 1973, on the anniversary of the last
apparition and of the miracle of Fatima, at Akita, Japan, she said to Sister Agnes Sasagawa: “As I
told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on
all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen
before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the
bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will
envy the dead. The only arms that will remain for you will be the Rosary and Sign left by My Son.
Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. WITH THE ROSARY, PRAY FOR THE POPE, THE
BISHOPS, AND THE PRIESTS. The work of the devil will infiltrate even the Church in such a
way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against other bishops. The priests
who venerate Me will be scorned and opposed by their conferees, churches and altars sacked, the
Church will be full of those who accept compromise and the demon will press many priests and
consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord. The demon will be especially implacable against
souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of My sadness. If
sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them.”

Do we trust ourselves or the Queen of heaven and earth, the “Seat of Wisdom”? Each person
makes his own eternal choice!

Take courage Laura! Let us follow Jesus and his Mother in this great battle. “Satan disguises
himself as an angel of light” (2Cor 11:14). Thus we must be “wise as serpents and innocent as
doves” (Mt 10:16), with true humility to follow our heavenly Mother who God has given the job to
be the leader of this, the greatest battle in the history against Satan and his very numerous followers
today! Satan conquers a great number of souls with pride. Instead Mary, “According to the divine
plan, "a woman clothed with the sun" (Rev 12: 1) came down from heaven to this earth to visit
