Perfect Kitchen: A Business Plan

The problem I see is that not all kitchens are organized. They don’t have things well organized.
Sometimes they end up everywhere and they end up getting broken. My business will be about making
your life easier and saving you money on replacing broken stuff. You will want to buy it for the simple
reason that will reflect your personality. I’m better than other places because you will be able to edit or
customize your products. I’m here for 2 reasons, one is to save you from spending money on things with
bad quality. The second is to take stress from your day in work. Seeing Chef’s and people at home
pleased is my job.

My business will be about making hand-crafted kitchen supplies for every kitchen. I will make mug racks,
knife cover holders, wine racks, cutting boards and more. Sometimes you leave your stuff in the kitchen
only to come back the next day it and it’s not there anymore. Did this happen to you before? If it’s
happened, I have the solution for it. I would put your name or any logo that defines yourself. I’m planning
to start posting my products on social media and giving flyers to restaurants. I am the right person to lead
this business because I work in the kitchen and I go through this every time I work.Many chefs have this
problem in common: you can’t find things you are looking for because nothing's in its place. My focus is to
make my customer’s life easier in work.

My organization is realistic because I have access to a shop for a couple of hours. I have a teacher that is
a expert in the shop to be a mentor and to give me feedback to make high quality products. My goal is to
be using fine wood and leather. Most supplies will be made of wood. I will offer free shipping after a order
of 80$ or up. I have a knowledge about restaurants and plus I can ask my brother problems that they go
through at their jobs in professional kitchens. I love taking care of my supplies and I don’t like buying
supplies over and over again when I can buy something to protect it.

Three stores that do something like what I do is “Fante's Kitchen Shop,” ”Cutco Kitchen Store” and “IKEA
Conshohocken Home Furnishings”. My business is better than them for several reasons. One of the
reasons is that I’m not making something for everyone to like it. I will work on something that will satisfy
you.I plan to be best thing you're looking for. I have some unique design in the wood. You will be buying
quality rather than buying name of store. My business won’t be built on a mass production. I’m focusing
on you only. I will be looking for you to go home and be pleased with your purchase. I will give my
customer 30 days if something is wrong with your product.

The problem market I will solve it will be because I will start small and work with one person by
one.My competitors are Ikea and Kitchen stores. I will be selling woodcraft products like Wracks , Knife
covers and etc.I will be better than my competitors because I will be working for that person fit. If
someone order me a product I will be working for my customer to leave succeed. One of my advantages
is that my stuff can be personalized.

My organization will bring to world a fixablity to chef’s and people to feel like a professional chef. I will be
working on your personal view and to make you the most satisfied with the product.The value my
organization will be dipping on the size and it have a design. In some products with will have a options if
the people wants leather in it. I will be the best because I won’t worry about making a mass of them,
EVERY customer is not same so I will have your product SPECIAL.

I will be targeting chef’s and people at their house that want to feel like a chef. I will go to
different restaurants and show my product.I have a lot of friends that work in restaurants. My size target
will start small.I said this because I need to grow popularity to start my business city wise.One way I’m
planning to grow popularity and customer is to have offers like if you spend 75 or more for your next shop
you get 10% discount. Another is by recommending people you get 10% discount. The customer i’m
targeting is the people that have a passion on kitchen or want to have a whole kitchen at home.I will also
try partner up with small business by sending them some new models.

The problem market I will solve it will be because I will start small and work with one person by
one.My competitors are Ikea and Kitchen stores. I will be selling woodcraft products like Wracks , Knife
covers and etc.I will be better than my competitors because I will be working for that person fit. If
someone order me a product I will be working for my customer to leave succeed. One of my advantages
is that my stuff can be personalized.

I am planning to grow my business by always selling my product with a price that I would pay. Most knife
covers will start from $23 plus delivery or $22.00 if you are picking it up. For a personalized design in your
product I will charge from 2 dollars or up depending on what you want in it. I’m planning to make 3 to 5
dollars of profit in everything I will sell. I will charge 4 dollar shipping in South Philly and anywhere else in
Philly will be 10$. I have a little lower prices than my competition but I will make my profit in the design
and extras in it. The best thing about I won’t be charging credit card fee because it will be cash only for
the first 2 to 3 years.

My first years it won't change a lot, maybe one of the major changes will be getting people to invest in my
business. I will be looking for people to invest money and their time by spreading the word. After 3-4
years, my goal for my business is for me to start looking for a small spot where people can shop inside,
like a tiny shop. I will try to hire someone to help me in the store. I will be using higher quality supplies.

I will first start using my brother to use my products. I will also be posting products in social
media. I will create IG with the name of the_perfect_house_SP. I will talk to some of my previous ex
bosses and my internship too about my products the benefit they will get from using my stuff.I will give
discounts to customer that get points. After every purchase they make, I will give them points, for
example 10$ = 30 points. If you get 3,800 points, you will get 40% discount on any product you want. I will
also have offers for people and catch their attention minds. I will also try to get membership level for
customers. If a customer reaches gold level, they will get a 10% discount in every purchase plus 10 extra
points. To reach gold level you need to get 3,400 points. For me giving discounts and offers like this will
make my customer keep purchasing my products.

I will start my business charging cash or a deposit in my bank account. In order for my customer
to pay me they will be using paypal. I will be selling in the internet maybe on different shopping websites
like etsy.com.Customers can pay me in full or pay half of the money when they order and the rest after
they pick it up or get it delivered.
