SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Lola N. Idora, of legal age, Filipino, widowed, and with residence at 711 Walang Forever Subd.,
Maghihiwalay, Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines, do by this presents hereby name, constitute, and appoint,
Dora D. Explorer, likewise of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Legazpi City to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do
and perform all or any of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To purchase the following parcels of land, with the corresponding TCTs stated, located in
May Forever Subd., Legazpi City:
i. TCT 1234
ii. TCT 4567, and
iii. TCT 7890;
2. To sign the Deed of Absolute Sale and other pertinent documents in connection with the
purchase of the aforementioned properties;
3. To perform all other acts necessary to carry out the above purchase and administer the
same properties in my behalf.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all or any act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
