Poland is the country door to Europ, once we will be entered, then we can create better career,
but it’s not an easy and there is a saying “nothing is impossible” we have to be ready for
facing the challenges and to get the opportunity on time.

We should know there is different working system between Europe &


Gulf country.

For Example:

In overall Europe employee have to work all rounder if the company will require because the
company will pay to the employee as per hours, but in overall gulf county employee have to
work at their assigned position and company will pay to the employee according to basic salary
so we have to follow the system as per country if we want to change our life.

The following vacancy are available for working visa to start the
career in Poland.

Terms and conditions according to the company.


1. Contract period : 1 to 3 year contract.
2. Employment Visa : Provided at the cost of employee.
3. Resident Permit :Provided by the company for free.
4. Transportation : Provided by the company.
5. Accomodation : Provided by the company (Man, women and couples will be living
separately.
6. Basic salary – 2500 (in words: two thousand and five hundred) PLN gross per month.
7. Working hours and day: 8 to 10 hrs per day and 6 days week.
8. Working shifts : 1st 6:00-14:00 2nd 14:00-22:00 3rd 22:00-06:00
9. Overtime : As per Poland and Schengen labor law.
10.Medical and insurance : Provided by the company.
11.Food : Not Provided by the company.
12.Uniform : Provided by the company.
13.Annual Leave : 14 days annual leave + public holidays.
14.Probation Period : 3 months

15.Date of commencement of work – after three days from the arrival date of the Candidate
to Poland

RULE & REGULATION OF POLAND

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. Visa gives authorization to stay in Poland and work permit gives authorization to work in a
specific firm and on specific workplace.

2. Visa and work permit do not authorize employees to travel within the whole Schengen zone.

3. Despite canceling borders in Europe passport controls take place at all public points
(railway/bus station, airports, etc.) and currently at the borders. The inspected person who does
not have permission to travel outside Poland is obligatory subjected to stop and administrative
disposal or criminal proceedings start. The penalty for visa regime violation accounts for 2500
EUR per each person. After completion of the above procedures the person is absolutely
deported to the country of origin.

4. Due to current tensions related to national securities in EU refugees are not more accepted
and even people accepted earlier are sent back.

5. In case one candidate or group of candidates don`t come to work after arrival in Poland the
employer must notify Border Guard and Migration Service under high penalty pain. As a result
visas already edited by counselor’s office undergo remission or temporary residence issued by
Migration Office undergoes remission as well. All visas, temporary residences, legal border`s
crossings as well as cancellations of visa`s and temporary residences are listed in European VIS
system and all counselor’s offices and migration services in EU countries have access to this
system. Person making violation ones will not receive entry permit or cannot apply for
temporary residence on the whole European Union territory within 5 years.

6. After work completion and 5 years stay in Poland the employee can have life EU resident
status according to Aliens Act. EU resident status allows to work with no work permit and
freely move in all European Union countries. The EU resident has the same rights as an EU
citizen despite the right to vote in political elections.

7. The main stages to obtain EU resident status:


a) Both employer and employee participate together in document application and share the costs
on condition the employee works the whole period in one firm.
b) After expiry of the first visa work permit may be extended along with temporary residence
permit. One temporary residence permit is being granted for the period of 1-3 years depending
on circumstances. This permit gives the right to freely move on EU territory; however, it does
not authorize to work in another country or at another employer. The approximate cost of work
permits plus temporary residence permit amounts to 500 EUR (commonly shared 50/50 with
employer).
c) After completing each year of work at the same employer, the employee can ask the FIRST
PARTY to help in finding new workplace unless the work conditions are worse than promised.
In case of employer`s change and documents are submitted to the Migration Service in time the
candidate preserves the temporary residence permit.
d) After 5 years work in Poland on a basis of temporary residence permits (50% time of visa
duration falls on temporary residence) the candidate can start applying for EU resident status.
Approximate cost ca. 750 EUR.
e) Each procedure related to temporary residence take 3-6 months depending on town and
Migration Office and all applications must be submitted respectively earlier so that continuity
of permits is secured.

The following Terms and conditions is for apply working visa.


1. Scan color passport copies 1st and last pages and also require if there is already stamped
visa from another company or immigration.
2. Require candidate CV along with work experience certificate (If the candidate already
worked another company)
3. The candidate will be selected after receiveing the above require documents.
4. The candidate should can speak English and need to healthy to work in Poland.
5. The candidate will pay the processing charge after receiveing their contract paper from
the company.
6. The company will apply work permit after receiveing the processing charge from the
candidate.
7. Acceptable candidate age between 20 -35 years.
8. The candidate needed to go Poland embassy in Delhi India for submit their application
and attend the interview when all documents will be completed and received an
appointment from the embassy.
9. Traveling cost Nepal to Dehli will not include in total amount.
10.If in case the company will fail to receive a work permit, then will be returned 65%
processing charge but if the candidate wants to re-apply their work permit, then the
company will re-apply as previous same amount.
11. If in case candidate’s application will be rejected by embassy due to any issue, then the
company will try to do best to get the candidate’s visa but the processing will be not
returned.
