Phenomena Micro-program exchange in OEM mode failed. Conditions The problem occurs when all the following conditions are met. - Parity groups, consisting of Seagate drives of 36 GB and consisting of Seagate drives of 72 GB, coexist in a subsystem - Multiplicity for micro-program exchange in OEM mode is set to 2 or more - Micro-program exchange for a parity group of 72 GB Seagate drives completed and a parity group of 36 GB Seagate drives not completed. 2 LA error detected incorrectly
Phenomena An LA error was incorrectly detected when dynamic sparing was performed from a DKSxx- K036FC drive to a DKS2E-K072FC or DKS2F-K072FC drive. Conditions Problem occurs when dynamic sparing is performed from a DKSxx-K036FC drive to a DKS2E- K072FC or DKS2F-K072FC drive, or when correction copy to a spare drive is performed. Phenomena After HDD online micro-program exchange, de-staging to a PDEV was disabled and the write pending rate became 75%. Conditions The problem occurs when all the following conditions are met.
