Neighbor information is retrieved using CI_N_n field only. Data from LAC_N_n, RNC-ID_N_n and
C-ID_N_n is not used. It is important to have unique CI field to avoid wrong neighbor definition.

Implementation Note
• User can import more than one TEMS Cel-file
 • The TEMS Cel-file should have a valid file header
• Each TEMS Cel-file can contain combination of WCDMA and GSM Cell
• Any cell data found to have same CellId in the project database and importing TEMS
Cell file will be removed prior to import.
• User has an option to remove all Site configuration data prior to import. This includes
both GSM and WCDMA data. If user chooses to import carrier and neighbor data also,
selecting this option will also remove alll carrier and neighbor data from the project
database prior to import.
• All the mandatory parameters should present

Parsing Error Type

• Empty file
• File that has invalid file header
• File that does not has one of the mandatory parameters
• Ambiguous records (record that is non-identifiable in terms of Technology Band)
• Duplicate CellId in the imported TEMS CEL file
• Duplicate CellId with existing data
Cell that has empty or 0 value in Longitude or Latitude
