Coos County in Coos County Ordinance 17-08-006L joined the cities of Coos Bay and North Bend approving amendments to the North Bay Urban Renewal Plan, The adopted amendments modified the Plan as foliows (not an exclusive list): Updates history, zoning and projects within the boundaries of the Urban Renewal Area (URA); Updates the URA's relationship to other local plans; Extends the current expiration date of the URA; Updates the use of under-levy and discontinuation of special levy; and Updates the URA plan implementation, administration and calculation of maximum indebtedness consistent with current state law. i The Coos County Board of Commissioners in the ordinance found that the amendments conformed to Oregon law and the Coos County Comprehensive plan.
