1. The candidate is allowed to enter in the Examination Hall with Internet Downloaded Admit Card. The original Admit Card will be handed over to the
candidate in the Examination Hall. Please retain Original Admit Card till admission.
2. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall after 15 minutes of the commencement of examination. The candidates are required to come
at examination centre in sleepers only. Only simple analog wrist watch is permitted during the examination.
3. Please check your details appearing on the Admit Card carefully. In case of any discrepancy, please write the same on Discrepancy Form at the time
of Examination.
4. Candidate is advised to fill up entries on Question Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet with Blue or BlackBall Point pen only. Use of pencil and whitener
is strictly prohibited. For keeping the pen, admit card, etc., the candidate can use the transparent wallet/pouch.
5. Each Question Booklet has a related OMR Answer Sheet kept inside the question booklet. Change of OMR Answer Sheet or anyone in the set of
Question Booklet & OMR Answer Sheet with another is not allowed as it may lead to wrong answer to the Questions.
6. Use of Calculators, Log Table, Communication Devices like Mobile Phone, Pager, Bluetooth device, etc. & unauthorized material for being used as
unfair means Is NOT ALLOWED in the examination Hall.
7. Please ensure putting up your signature, left thumb impression in Admit Card and Verification Sheet and affixing photograph on Admit Card;
deposition of duly completed OMR Answer Sheet and Question Booklet together after completion of examination.
8. The candidates appearing in M.Tech. Admission Test have to essentially come with the self attested photo copy of their valid GATE score card in
the relevant discipline of qualified examination and submit the same at the time of examination, failing which the weightage of GATE score shall not
be awarded in the consolidated merit list preparation and the University will not be responsible for consequences.
9. Any act of indiscipline in examination hall shall lead to debarring from examination and cancellation of candidature.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Please bring one IDENTICAL PHOTOGRAPH that you have pasted on the Confirmation Page/OMR application form. You are
required to paste the photograph on the ORIGINAL ADMIT CARD at the time of examination and get it duly attested by the invigilators during the first
paper of your examination.
