• Working closely with Departmental process owner to understand the requirement of


Modernisation.
• Study the existing process i.e As-IS study and capture the same through Ms-Visio
platform
• Understating the requirement and define the specification for Business Objective for
Software development by System Integrator by preparing To-Be report through Ms-
Visio platform and obtained approval of Business Process Re-engineering report from
concerned department.
• Process Improvisation by reducing redundant and un-necessary process.
• Bill of Material (BOM) for hardware requirements at the district level based upon the
gap analysis of the available capacity and infrastructure at the district level . Ensure
