T/Ch : IT IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN A SHIPOWNER AND A
CHARTERER WHERE THE SHIPOWNER HIRE HIS SHIP
UNDER CONTRACT SPECIFIED ON A CHARTER PARTY PER
TIME WITH A DATE AND POSITION AGREED JUST WITH
THE MAIN PURPOSE THAT THE CHARTERER USES THE
HOLD SPACES CAPACITY OF THE SHIP, TAKING UNDER HIS
RESPONSABILITY THE COMMERTIAL COSTS BUT
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS COSTS OF THE SHIP ARE
VESSEL´S OWNER RESPONSABILITY ON THE OTHER HAND,
CHARTERER MUST PAY THE VESSEL´S FREIGHT, BEING IT
