that is a part of Girder, in any version.
Each Licensee is addressed as "you".

License terms:

files that originally came with it.
2. You may use the program free of charge for personal use.
3. If you want to use Girder commercially you must contact R.E.M.W.Bessems
for licensing costs
4. You may not sell the program.
5. You may not make money from the program.
6. Any additions you make in the form of translations or plugins belong
to you, so does the copyright, unless otherwise agreed with R.E.M.W.Bessems.
7. When you include Girder on any medium for redistribution R.E.M.W.Bessems
