TILT SENSORS

DATASHEET TLT-2

PRODUCTS

FEATURES

Simple, well proven device.

High resolution and accuracy.
Can be read by industry standard dataloggers.
Excellent track record on projects world-wide.
Very cost effective.

The Soil Instruments Electrolevel Tilt Sensor is used to monitor horizontal rotation in structures. The team at Soil
Instruments were the pioneers of Electrolevel technology in the late 1980’s and have more experience with
this type of sensor than anyone else world-wide.

The Tilt Sensor is based on a proven Fredericks 0711 series electrolevel sensor, the sensor mounting
incorporates an adjustment for zero and protects the sensor against thermal gradients.

Two versions of the sensor are available, one which requires external excitation and one which
requires a 12VDC input and produces a 2.5VDC output.
