General Manager:

Candidates should possess excellent Management/ Professional/ Administrative skills and


experience of working at Corporate/ Zonal/Regional levels. They should be well versed
with the latest trends/technology in banking and should possess at least 5 years
experience in Scale VI/V and above with Public Sector Banks or in corresponding grades
with other Banks.

Candidate must have proven track record, with dynamic leadership abilities, and
expertise in the Banking field for providing corporate excellence.

Candidates with, Post Graduation, MBA, CFA, ICWA/C.S. CAIIB will be preferred.

Age: Below 55 years.

Dy.General Managers/Asst.General Managers:

Finance Accounts & Treasury/Credit/Information & Technology/ Law /Planning &


Development/Human Resources:

Candidates should have worked at Corporate/Zonal/Regional levels either as Chief


Manager(Scale IV) and Asst.General Mangaers(Scale V) in Public Sector Banks or in
corresponding grades with other Banks. They should have proven track record of
Managing efficiently as head of the section/area of operation/ fields/specialization stated
above for a minimum period of 5 years and should have been recognized as HIGH
FLIER in reaching the targets/deadlines/goals set by the Management.

They should have been acquainted with latest trends in Banking and shall have exposure
to latest technology/changes in Banking industry and should possess requisite expertise
and abilities to provide corporate excellence.

Candidates with, Post Graduation, MBA, C.A., Cost and Financial Analysis, CAIIB will
have an edge over others.

Age: Below 55 years.


Senior Managers/Head Of Depatments:

Finance Accounts & Treasury/Credit/Insurance/Estate/Information &


Technology/Law/Recovery/Marketing/Planning & Development/Human Resource:

Candidates should be a seasoned banker and should have worked as Manager(Scale II) or
Senior Manager(Scale III) at least for 5 years at Branch level/Regional level/Zonal level
and Corporate Office level in Public Sector Banks or in corresponding grades in other
banks. They should have good knowledge of banking operations and should acquainted
with latest trends in banking and should be aware of complying with the statutory and
other regulatory requirements relevance to banking. Candidates should have achieved the
assigned targets from time to time by the Management and should have met the deadlines
in completing the various tasks.

Candidates with, Post Graduation/CA/MBA, CAIIB will be preferred.

Age: Below 55 years.

Branch Managers

Candidate should be graduate with excellent track record of internal management of the
Branch successfully i.e., entire operations of the branch on his own. He should be well
versed with the latest trends/technology in banking, qualities of business development
rendering excellent customer service and should have worked as Manager (Scale II) for at
least 5 years at Branch level/Regional level/Zonal level in Public Sector Banks or in
corresponding grades in other Banks.

Candidates with, Post Graduation/CA/MBA CAIIB will be preferred.

Age: Below 40 years.


Business Development Manager:

Candidate should be graduate with excellent track record in the Sales/Marketing field.
The candidate should have appetite for achieving the Business Targets. He/She should
possess the skills of Developing the Business/Marketing various products of the Bank
and rendering excellent customer service with innovative ideas and should have worked
in the relevant field i.e., as Development Manager for a minimum period of 3 years in
any Bank or Financial Institutions.

Candidates with Post Graduation/MBA/CAIIB will be an added advantage. Further, the


candidates possessing the above qualities will be given preference over others.

The Candidate should be around 40 years of age and should have work experience of 3
years in the relevant field.

Requirement for Information & Technology Department:

Dy.General Managers/Asst.General Managers:

General:
 Post Graduate or Equivalent in Information Technology/Masters in Computer
Science.
 8-10 years of experience in IT Setup & Infrastructure Management relevant to
Banking.
 IT Department Administration in BFSI domain experience is preferable
 Strong Administration & Communication Skills.

Technical Skill Requirements for Banking applications & Infra:


 Understanding the overall IT Department Function, Infrastructure and its related
applications ie., monitoring of IT Infrastructure Setup ie., Enterprise Class Storage
System, Compute (Servers), Network Establishment in the Data Centre.
 Vendor Management for various current and future IT requirements.
 IT Project Management Skillset.
 Review of IT Policies for IT Service Management in Bank.
 Preparation of RFPs for IT Projects, Tenders, Drafting of notes for approval for
various IT requirements, Techno-Commercial Comparisions, Cost Benefit
Analysis etc.
 SLA Drafting Execution, SLA Tracking for various Outsourced IT Projects, IT
Asset Management etc.
 Understanding of Business Requirements and accordingly aligning of IT Products
in line with latest trends in Banking.
Age: Below 50 Years
Manager:
General:
 Post Graduate or Equivalent in Information Technology/Masters in Computer
Science.
 5-7 years of experience in IT Setup & Infrastructure Management.
 Strong Administration & Communication Skills.

Technical Skills – Requirements:


 Understanding Project Management Responsibilities. Project Requirement
Analysis, Positioning of Technology, Execution and continuity, support etc.
 Vendor Management for various current and future IT requirements.
 Review of I.T Policies for IT Service Management in Bank.
 Drafting Notes for various IT requirements for approval, Techno Commercial
Comparisons, Cost Benefit Analysis etc.
 Monitoring of IT infrastructure Setup i.e. Enterprise Class Storage System,
Computer (Servers), Network establishment in the Data Center.
 Data Center Infrastructure Setup Management, Monitoring, Monitoring of Facility
Management Services.
 Tender Process, Technical Evaluation, Negotiations, Preparation of various
documents in this regard.
 General Administration of the Department/Staff leave Management, Assigning the
functions and its related duties to appropriate officials.
 Conducting User Acceptance Tests for various projects and Services.
 Managing of Digital Banking products and Services, understanding of related
Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements etc.
 Management of DC infra – Compute Storage, Network Preferable.
Age: Below 40 years

Officers:

General:
 Graduate/Post Graduate or Equivalent, in Information
Technology/Masters in Computer Science.
 3 years of experience in IT Setup & Infrastructure Management.
 Strong Technical & Communication Skill Set.
 Knowledge of IT infrastructure Setup.
 Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Setup Management,
Monitoring of Facility Management Services.
 Knowledge of Core Banking Solutions.
 Knowledge of Digital Banking products and Services etc.
 Age: Below 40 years
Compensation for above positions will be commensurate with Age, Qualification,
Experience and Proficiency in the job assigned and attractive under CTC. Age relaxation
