Terms and Conditions

1) I am aware of the actual cost for T2NFX system installation and software training dedicated for Surabaya is
at USD 25.000 (non-negotiable) and for Jakarta is at USD 50.000. Should I make mistake by telling my
clients below that standard, I shall not receive commission fee.
2) I have fully understood the scheme for commission fee & the whole job responsibilities.
3) I shall commit to perform all required duties as marketing partner according to the scheme that I have
signed up for. Failing to do so will result in the loss or reduction of my commission fee.
4) If I have a casual partnership with another individual(s) or team, I am willing to share a fair portion from
the total of my commission fee. Necessarily, it is my responsibility to draft my own legal contract with the
person(s) I am working with at my expense. This rule also applies when I am making a cooperation or
getting helped by another individual(s) throughout my duties or in an on-going approach towards my
clients. I shall not claim a raise of my commission fee only because of the profit sharing scheme that I
consent to participate in outside IFMA. If a legal dispute occurs, it is my own responsibility. I shall not lay
claim on IFMA.

6) I have acknowledged that I am required to fulfill the minimum person to nominate monthly.
7) I understood that a shift from one marketing scheme to another will take effect only after my prospective
project in which I am registered is complete.
8) As Marketing or Academy Representative I am given only 1 full month since the initial approach to
encourage my clients towards final closing. If I am proven failed to achieve that target, IFMA marketing
team is free to step in and do the follow up directly to my client(s) that may result to the reduction of my
commission fee.
9) I have read and agreed to the terms & conditions before I submit this signed letter.
