4. Per appearance/representation in the Court of Appeals shall be P10,000.00
regardless of the outcome in the hearing as long as the lawyer attend the scheduled hearing.
Appearances shall include meetings, filing of pleadings, follow-up in court. Thus, it is counted as
appearance which client shall pay to the lawyer the same amount of P10,000.00.

4.1. Whereas, the Appearance Fee in the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court of San
Fernando, Pampanga shall be P7,500.00 payable right after the Hearing/Preliminary
Conference/Pre-Trial/Mediation. Appearances shall include meetings, filing of pleadings, follow-
