Product Description Chemaflex 276 is a low modulus, one component polyurethane
sealant. It is manufactured strictly under the system of ISO 9001

Applications Details

Cleaning Clean and dry surfaces by removing foreign matter and
contaminants such as oil dust grease, frost, water, dirt, old
sealants and any protective coating.
Dust and loose particles should be blown out of joints or vacuum
cleaned. Non porous surfaces may require preparation/priming.

Priming Porous joint sides may require priming to achieve optimal
adhesion depending on the nature of substrates. Consult

Application Minimum application temperature of the substrate should not be
below 5°C. Chemaflex 276 should be dispensed from the
sausage by means of a caulking gun. Smaller quantities can be
applied by hand. Pierce the membrane at the top of the sausage
and screw on the nozzle. Cut nozzle to give the required angle
and bead size. Place the sausage in an applicator gun and
squeeze the trigger. Using the trigger extrude the sealant. Apply
Chemaflex 276 in a continuous bead using enough pressure to
properly fill the joint.
