Product Description Chemfloor 747 AS is a 2-component anti-static product, based
on a high solids content epoxy resin. It is suitable for application
in areas of sensitive electronic equipment.

Application Method 1. Concrete substrate must be sound, having a minimum
compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 (approx 3650 psi)
2. Any weak areas in concrete substrate, such as blow holes
and voids, should be repaired by Chemdur 42
3. The levelled concrete substrate is then primed using
Chemfloor 141.
4. The floor area is divided into a square grid by marking
earthing points at 8 m intervals on x and y axes (two
horizontal axes).
5. These earthing points are connected to the ring mains,
placed vertically on the walls or to a suitable earthing
connection outside of the floor perimeter.
6. The earthing copper strips are placed on the marked grid
and fixed in place by using the appropriate
adhesive/masking tapes.
7. Application of Chemfloor 747 AS is started as conductive
coat soon after the earthing strips are in place and the
priming coat has dried.

8.Average consumption of Chemfloor 747AS will be 0.6

Kg/m2 to achieve a dry film thickness of approximately 0.5
mm.
