INTRODUCTION
“My name is … I am working with ORG Centre for Social Research, a pionoring research organization specialized in conducting surveys among different
population groups. We are conducting a study for assessing the reach and effectiveness of theNational Rural Health Mission (NRHM) behaviour change
communication (BCC) campaign in collaboration with Population Foundation of India (PFI), New Delhi , a national level organization providing
technical assistance for various health programmes in the country .

In this regard, I would like to discuss with you for about 30 minutes. We will maintain the confidentiality of the information you would provide and use the
information for the purpose of research and give feedback on the communication campaign conducted during last one month.This feedback is expected to
provide an opportunity to improve the communication strategy.

The ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOHFW), Government of India (GoI) has implemented the 2nd phase of Behavior Change Communication
(BCC) program as part of the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) during the period 27th December 2008 to January 26, 2009. As a part of the NRHM
communication campaign a number of TV advertisements on issues relating to ANC, institutional delivery, JSY , immunization, breast feeding and child
nutrition , family planning, birth spacing and the role of ASHA have been aired in various TV channels. We would like to know whether you have watched
