INVITATION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO SUBMIT RESOUTION PLAN FOR

VEESONS ENERGY SYSTEMS PVT LTD, TRICHY

VEESONS ENERGY SYSTEMS PVT LTD (CIN : U29113TN1996PTC036693), located in

C 14/2, Thuvakudy Industrial Estate, Thuvakudy Trichy – 620015 Tamilnadu, is in the business
of Designing, Manufacturing, Erecting and Commissioning of Boilers of Steam generating
capacity in the range of 1MT/Hr to 200 MT/Hr. The Company is under Corporate Insolvency
Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) consistent with the order
passed by National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench dated 19th June, 2017.

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from potential Resolution Applicant (RA)having

sufficient net worth who shall be fit and proper persons as per sec 29 A (revised) of the code &
Regulation 38(3) of the IBBI (CIRP) Regulations, 2016 and such other notifications issued as on
date, for submission of Resolution Plan for the said Corporate Debtor. The EOI should be
accompanied by the profile and business background of the RA, audited financial statements of
the last two years of RA with the contact details of RA. Access to relevant information under
Section 29(2) of the IBC will be provided after execution of confidentiality and non-disclosure
undertaking.

The RP has the sole right to consider, evaluate, approve or reject any EOI and the Committee of
Creditors has the sole right to reject any EOI or Resolution Plan as forwarded by RP at any time
without assigning any reason.

The RA is required to submit the Resolution Plan in consistence with Regulations 37,38 of the
IBBI (CIRP) Regulations, 2016 and as per the provision of Regulation 39 as amended vide
Gazette Notification No. IBBI/2017-18/GN/REG22 dated 31.12.2017, on or before 1800 hours
of 15 February, 2018 in a sealed cover marked “Resolution Plan for Veesons Energy Systems
Pvt Ltd” addressed to the undersigned at Flat No.3, Dhruvatara Apartments, 241, Dr.
Rajendraprasad Road, Tatabad, Coimbatore – 641012 and also by email to
ragavcarp@gmail.com along with a working soft copy and presentation if any, In case of any
dispute, the decision of the Resolution Professional will be final.
