convictions of senior executives including two CEOs.

As an advocate for the disabled, Lisa Bragança served as Legal Director for Access Living of
Metropolitan Chicago. She successfully worked to require the state to serve thousands of low- income,
disabled people in their communities rather than forcing them to live in institutions.

Attorney Bragança is a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of
Illinois. She is Vice Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Securities Law Committee and a member of
the Women's White Collar Defense Association and the Public Investor Advocacy Bar Association. She
is also a guest lecturer and a sought-after public speaker.
