General Body Meeting (GBM)

Dated 22/4/2018

In response to notice dated 20/02/2018, which was sufficiently published

and also affixed at the RWA office , and RWA notice Board and also circulated by
SMS and from whatsapp , a GBM ARYAVART APARTMENT SECTOR G-2 PKT-2
DDA FLATS, NARELA, DELHI was called for today i.e. on 22.4.2018 , Sunday , at
11.30 AM at near aanganwari of the Society. The complete minutes of the GBM is
being reproduced hereunder:

The GBM was started at around 11.30 AM and the members present were
asked to mark their signatures in the signature/attendance sheet. Total 156
Members attended the GBM. GBM agenda copy and some others documents
were distributed to the allottees. True copy of signature / attendance sheet of
GBM dated 22/4/2018 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure- “A”.

Mr. Pawan Kumar (Co-allottees B4/05) started the business of GBM by

giving welcome to the allottees. After brief welcome , he presented the
developments in the society.
After the welcome of the allottees, Pawan Saini introduced the governing body
members and some other members which want to do participate in the governing
body. Starting from

There was following Agenda for GBM.

1. Amendment / Change in the definition of Member of the Society

2. Amendment / Change in the structure/composition of Governing body of
the society 8 members to 25 Members
3. Prematurely Dissolved (ससस सस ससससस ससस)Current governing
Body
4. Appointment of Returning Officer (RO)
5. Election process for new Governing Body

After the introduction, Mr. Saini call the president Mr. Partap Singh to
address to GBM give the briefing of today agenda, within 5 to 7 min, Mr. Partap
finished the speech.

Mr Pawan Saini read the first agenda of GBM that amendment in the definition of
membership and all the members passed this agenda with 100 percent majority.
And Mr Jeevan Dass and Surender Mehta told that it is good thing to give the
authority to tenants and he/she can represent the allottees,when allottees was
unable to attend the meeting. And allottees relatives also can represent the
allottees. That resolution was passed by majority.

2nd agenda was that change in the composition of governing body 8 members to
25 members,that resolution was also passed by majority.

3rd agenda was premature dissolved the current governing body, some
other members (Mr Md. Ali / Mr Avinash Singh/ Mr Pushkar/Mr Sunil
Choudhary/Dineshwar Prasad/Mr Manmohan/ Mr Ajay Kumar Singh/ Mr Sudhir
kumar Gupta/ Mr Chander Mohan Mishar / Abhishek Gaurav/Amitabh Chauhan)
was not agree to dissolve the governing body.

Mr Md. Ali want that the time of governing body should be one year not
two year, but majority of allottees was not agree on that point.

Mr Sanjay Saini told to GBM that at INA Vikas Sadan he and his team always
join the meeting with DDA officials.

Mr. Chander Mohan Mishra told that there are lot of problems in the sector
that water is not coming at proper time, lack to security etc.

Madam Sunita Raj Arya told to GBM that Mr. Partap Singh and Sanjay Saini
team is doing good job for society development

Mr. Manmohan Mishra said that in governing body only residents of sector
G2 Pkt 2 allottees have the participation not other allottees which are not living in
this sector.

But majority of allottees not agree with this points, allottees view that they
also invested 15 lakh and they have equal rights, so they also have the right to do
participate in the governing body.
 After this dispute Mr Ali and his team walkout from the GBM. And majority
of members dissolve the current governing body and resolution passed.

Different names were discussed for the post of RO , thereafter , Mr. Jeevan
Dass was final for post of RO. The GBM confirmed the post of RO to Mr. Jeevan
Dass by voice vote. After that GBM appoints the RO to Mr Jeevan Dass and Mr
Yadav (Dwarka) and they complete the election process.

Old president Mr. Partap Singh give the name of new president Mr. Amit
and they elect for president and Madam Sunita Raj Arya elect for Vice President.
All other 23 members are also elected, in this way new governing body take all
the charges.

And at 2.00 PM breakfast declared, and name of the new governing body
paint on the display board.
