MIDIculous 3.

0 Special Notes

Keys Won’t Light Up

• For many users of version 2.0, you will realize that it seems as if the
keys won’t light up. This is because we have allowed much more control
over the keys and now, each MIDI channel can have it’s own individual
color. In addition, each MIDI channel can be turned off; as a result, you
need to activate the color of the MIDI channel that is showing activity on
the MIDI channel number. You click on the letter K for Keyboard and
choose a color.
MIDIculous Troubleshooting Guide:

1. Please make sure you have the latest version. Click

Here  for instructions on how to Re-Download.

2. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and you do
not have any firewalls on your network on.

3. Even though MIDIculous Player is FREE, it still requires a

serial number that is on your invoice.

4. You can activate MIDIculous on two machines only. If you had

the older version as a trial or purchased, then chances are you
have used all of your activations. In this case please email us
the serial number so we can reset your activations.

5. Please make sure you copy+paste the serial number rather than
entering it in manually.

6. You may need to turn off your virus protection or any internet
security as it may be blocking authorization, because the
settings are too high.

7. If you have previously installed MIDIculous 2.0 or even the Trial

on your system, then completely remove/uninstall and delete all
instances of the older version Then reboot. Both cannot run at
the same time.

8. If none of this works, then send us the following:

1. Your Serial Number you are using

2. The Error code message that displays after unsuccessful.

3. VERY IMPORTANT: Send us the log file that is located in

the following location(s):

Activation Log Files:

• Mac: ~\Library\Application Support\Midiculous\Activation.log

• Windows and "C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Roaming\Midiculous
\Activation.log" on Windows.
