New Master Professional Trainer Joins The Decorating and Staging Academy.

team. The Decorating and Staging Academy, The-DSA, is proud to welcome Diane Howard to the
training team. Diane Howard will be training in Florida and Michigan as a Master Professional Trainer
teaching interior decorating and home staging classes.

Diane Howard, Owner/CEO of Instyle Home Staging, joins The Decorating and Staging Academy with
15 years experience in the home staging field. Diane started her staging and redesign business in
Michigan in 2003 and recently expanded to the Florida market. Instyle Home Interiors provide home
staging, redesign services and quality training programs to aspiring students who wish to pursue a
decorating career. “We inspire them to provide exceptional redesign and staging services to the public,”
says Howard.

A licensed broker in both Florida and Michigan, Diane brings a unique perspective to the services she
offers to homeowners as well as real estate clients. “Representing and dressing beautiful homes gives
owners a distinct advantage in the real estate market and the best opportunity for a successful sale at the
highest value,” says Diane Howard.

The path she has taken has given her a background in visual merchandising as a visual display manager:
17 years expertise in real estate as a real estate salesperson and broker; 10 years of corporate senior
management expertise as a relocation executive; and communications and best practice expertise as a real
estate, staging, and redesign trainer and speaker. She holds real estate credentials as a Certified Real
Estate Specialist and a Certified Relocation Specialist. She has taught classes through Real Estate One
Training Academy on various real estate and relocation subjects.

With hundreds of completed staging and redesign jobs under her belt, Diane's entrepreneurial and creative
spirit drives her in providing quality DSA certified training classes, DIY local classes, and speaker
services that will inspire others to fulfill their dreams. Her philosophy is “love what you do and do what
you love!”
