The fire-extinguishing pipe delivers the extinguishing water to the tapping points. The pipe often has to be
adapted to account for local conditions along this route, whereby the pipe is generally exposed to the largest
forces and external influences at those points. Furthermore, pipes are frequently shortened at those points
