H2020 Project Manager, Researcher & Innovation Engineer: Sustainability Focus

R2M is currently seeking a talented and driven individual to contribute to its research activities in projects related to energy efficiency, renewable energy technol-
ogies, sustainable construction, and business models development. In our projects, R2M conducts both technical and market implementation work – e.g. taking
part in both the development of next generation technologies and connecting them to the market.

Role:
Project Manager (e.g. the lead researcher in a project and not an admin position)
Level: Mid-Level
Location: Pavia (PV) – Italy
Timing: The position would benefit from being filled immediately / near future

Duties:
• Organize activities, implement and deliver excellence in European research and innovation projects involving energy efficiency, renewable energy

• Serve as the “google translate” of EU Research – e.g. make EU projects simple for new entrants (typically pilots and end users) and connect all the dots
necessary for an exploitable result to make its way toward the market (IPR, business models, certifications, case studies, marketing….).
• Contribute to proposal development, beat the odds, win.
• Help grow research activity footprint and our innovation consulting services. Every project is an opportunity – skilled persons turn those opportuni-

Required skills/experience:
• Previous experience in EU research and proposal development
• Fluent in English
• Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results
• Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written
