STUDENT QUESTIONAIRE

This questionnaire aims to capture the effectiveness of the Highly Immersive


Programme being implemented in 1200 primary and secondary schools. The
questionnaire is to be filled 20 students in the schools. It contains 40 items that you
are required to respond to. Your honest views towards the items in the questionnaire
are most appreciated. All information regarding the respondents within this
questionnaire will be kept confidential.

Guide to questionnaire:

There are 2 sections in this questionnaire.

Section A captures information relating to yourself. For question 3 please provide full
address of school.

In Section B, you are required to provide information relating to the HIP activities done in
your school. Please provide detailed information regarding the activities in this section.
