Disco Abs is for anyone looking to strengthen the most integral and hardest part of the physique to develop. People of all fitness levels can benefit from this class. The
group is coached through a series of exercises that target all areas of the abdominals including the most difficult — the lower abs.
Y members who participate in the class are not only amazed at the intensity of the abdominal workout, but also at how much of a cardio workout they get.

Customer service, a wide variety of prod-
ucts and a little bit of luck — many factors
have played into the Military Hardware
business plan. The business, near the
intersection of Military Road and 10th
Avenue North, celebrated its 50th anniver-
sary in 2009. Everything from hammers
and nails to BB guns line the shelves.
Since inheriting the business nearly 30
years ago, Mike Perkerson has brought
much of his family to work at the store.
During the past 50 years, much of the
store’s business has come from local con-
tractors who have been shopping at the
business for decades. The store opened
on Dec. 7, 1959.
