‘W -02/0004/2018 DPE -WC Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Department of Public Enterprises (Wage Cell) Public Enterprises Bhawan Block-14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road New Delhi, Dated: 12" June, 2018 Office Memorandum Subject: Pay Revision of Board Level and below Board Level Executives and Non- Unionised Supervisors of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) w.e.f. 01.01.2017-Regarding It has come to the notice of this department that some CPSEs have considered PBTS of three Financial Years viz. 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16 while assessing the affordability for 2017 pay revision instead of taking into account the PBTs of the FY 2014- 15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 for implementation of the pay revision during the FY 2017-18. 2. In this regard, attention is invited to the DPE OM of even number dated 18.04.2018 clarifying “while implementing pay revision during the Financial Year 2017-2018, average PBT of last three financial years i.e. 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-17 needs to be taken into consideration”. The stand as conveyed by DPE is reiterated. Thus, if pay revision is being implemented during financial year 2018-19, PBT of last three FYs viz. 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18 needs to be taken for consideration”. 3.
