For fixed monthly hours per person. Team will

be provided to client. Client utilizes for the
project as need basis and pays at actual. Team
provided acts as part of Client Company.
Hourly basis man-hours on project will be

charged at agreed cost/man-hours. Timesheets
will be charged and daily approval from client
for the man-hours spent for the execution of
