AFFIDAVIT

I, MERILYN VALIENTE FERNANDEZ, married, Filipino

citizen, and a resident of Barangay Roxas, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am one of the buyers of parcels of land owned by TOMAS

EDUARDO B. MADDELA III and ROSITO M. EUROPA, located
at Brgy. Roxas, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya;

2. On November 8, 2016, I deposited the aggregate amount of ONE

HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P 150,000.00) in BPI Bank
Account No. 000949-0332-44 under the name of Tomas Eduardo B.
Maddela III, as partial payments for the purchase of certain parcel of
land (copies of the bank transaction receipts are hereto attached as
Annexes)3;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on this

affidavit this 8th day of November 2016 at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
