    Everlasting, Brgy. Visayan Village was assessed by the Mines and Geosciences
    Bureau (DENR-MGB) and Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) with
    the following Technical Findings.

    Earthquake related hazards:


    Liquefaction: Possible but less likely
    Fault Line: Negative
    Landslide Susceptibility: No or Low Susceptibility
    Erosion: No apparent erosion
    Flood prone: No seasonal flooding
    Flood susceptibility: Low to moderate susceptibility
    Flood Susceptibility: Low to moderate susceptibility
