JOB DESCRIPTION REGARDING PROJECT MANAGER OR PROJECT

ADMINISTRATOR

Requiring a project manager for leading the projects to administer all those areas that encompass
planning, organizing, leading, execution and controlling, managing the people and the resources
as to expand the scope of the project. A project manager /administrator must have the capability
to innovate the ideas with attainable SMART goals that will lead to the successful completion of
the projects.

PM roles follow the initial criteria, but will expand to other concerns including:

 Directly involvement with the activities that actually produce the better end result.

 Oversees any associated products and services, project tools and techniques that are helpful
to ensure good practices.

 Responsible for building project teams and making projections about the project's risks and
uncertainties (ambiguities).

 Keeping the project teams in the direction to be well coordinated.

 Making sure team members feel valued, recognizing and praising superior work, and
maintaining a quality working environment for all team members to help this resource
management efforts.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Planning and defining scope of the project

 Activities arrangement and sequencing throughout the project

 Resource planning and its ‘execution

 Developing schedules and timelines to complete the project

 Developing a budget and cost estimation

 Make documented files to keep the records of everything


 Concerned about risk analysis and capable to manage risks and issues

 Monitoring and reporting progress to the management

 Team leadership and strategic planning to influence the overall processes

 Apprehensive about controlling quality of the final products/services

 Conscious knowledge about the pros and cons of every detail included in the project

JOB ESSENTIALS

 Minimum Bachelor’s degree specialized in Marketing/Mass Communication/ Total


Quality Management (major), Engineering / Management sciences/B.B.A. or any other
relevant disciplines.
 Adequate knowledge of projects handling techniques.
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
 Effective research propensity, good problem-solving abilities with long-term visionary
approach.
 Positive attitude, team oriented approach with good multitasking and organizational
abilities.
 Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
audiences.
 Experience at least 1-3 years
