REMINDER TO TEACHER FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR 2018-2019

1. LESSON PLAN
a. Teachers who have been in the service for more than two (2 years), you may adopt the
Daily Lesson Log (DLL)
b. Teachers with less than 2 years teaching experience which shall include the following:
i. Objectives
ii. Subject matter
iii. Procedure
iv. Assessment; and
v. Assignment
c. Submission and checking of lesson Plan is every Monday.
2. Class Observation
a. Surprise Visit
b. Well informed visit
3. Log Book and DTR
a. Daily attendance of teachers
b. Be in the school before the class begins
c. Indicate the time-in if enters and time-out if going out
4. Absences or non-attendance
a. Have an advance information to the School Head.
b. Leave class activity like seatwork
c. For emergency cases or unavailable circumstances that the teacher could not report in
the school, inform the school head through text or call.
5. FLAG RAISING CEREMONY
a. 6:30 in the morning every Monday
b. Teachers are required to attend
c. Stay behind the pupils and student especially in the lower grades
d. The class advisor of the assigned pupils and students is the first one to use the
microphone and He/ She is responsible to pacify the noisy one before the ceremony
begins.
e. Gate will be closed while the ceremony is going on and late pupilsand students will stay
outside for a while.
f. Encourage the pupils and students to sing the Philippines National Anthem, Panatang
Makabayan, Onward Christian Soldiers, Calabarzon March, and Rizal Hymm.
6. Changeover of teacher
a. Be on time to enter the classroom and leave the classroom on the exact time.
b. In case of extending the time in a Class, inform the next teacher that will handle the
next subject ahead of time.
c. Synchronize all the clocks.
7. Class Dismissal
a. Dismiss the class based on the time schedule submitted to Deped
b. Do not allow pupils and students to stay inside the classroom beyond the given time
schedule.
8. Do not leave the Pupils in the Classroom without anyone who is attending them (this is in the
lower grades, Kindergarten and Grade 1 to 3.
9. Avoid shouting to the pupils and studets
a. Control your anger and emotions
b. Talk the naughty one in a lower pitch and in a nice way
c. Ask the assistance of the guidance counselor
10. Projects
a. Projects to be given to the pupils and student should be related to the subject.
b. Avoid asking or collecting a monitory umite an amount from the pupils and student as
substitute to their project.
