SITUATION
Mr.Henrik Kwon and Mrs.Lea Kwon Established their own first business About
Building,Agricultural Building and Residential Building Named China State Construction .Mr
Henrik Kwon Is the Engineer while Mrs.Lea Kwon is the Architect.In the beginning When they
receive their first project about building a Residential House they prepare and manage the
things that Client wants and they recommend the safest house which cause a high amount of
money,So the Client Agree and the Client has satisfy to their work, Until they Successfully Build
a Safe House so the name China State Construction become a popular and they receive Many
Projects and Clients.
They built Stores,Restaurants and houses and many labor and Employee joined.Until
Mrs.Lea Kwon got Pregnant,So the Doctor Recommended Mrs.Lea to rest from
work.So,Mr.Henrik agreed and Mrs.Lea Kwon trust Mr.Henrik Kwon to handle the business
while she was resting.
For every New projects and New Clients, Mr.Henrik Kwon Just Receiving and
Accepting the request of every Clients.Until the Projects and Clients got Overload the
employees and the team can’t handle it anymore due to continuously increase of
activities.When the Supervisor told Mr.Henrik Kwon that they have 180 million credit from the
bank because of the Materials that uses in different Establisments,Mr.Henrik Kwon rapidly
check the list of the Projects and clients,then he Start to startle because many project is not paid
yet and they have credits in bank for every Project due to lack of materials,then he
monopolized the problem.And after 1 month the salary of Employee is dalayed,So many
Employee is wondering why their salary is delayed,And when Mr.Henrik Kwon tell the issue
many Employee Leave and Many Projects and Clients Lost until they bankrupt.
