By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:-
OBJECTIVE 1. Speak with correct pronunciation, stress and intonation.
2. Participate in conversation (express happiness and concern).
1. Teacher greets the pupils and get the pupils to respond. Talk/ask about pupils prior
knowledge of greeting cards..
2. Teacher displays pictures card about family and ask pupils’ opinion.
ACTIVITIES 3. Teacher displays the flash cards and give some explanation about the family ties.
4. Teacher distributes word cards to pupils(work in pair).
5. Teacher guides pupils to participate in simple conversation.
6. Teacher asks pupils participate in conversation (happinness and concern).
7. Pupils discuss in groups.

2. Teacher introduces new words using the powerpoint via laptop.
ACTIVITIES 3. Pupils apply dictionary skill to find the meaning of the words in context.
4. Teacher introduces 5 phrases and 4 sentences from linear texts.
5. Pupils recapitulates what they have learn in this lesson.

their responses.

3. Pupils do the exercise by rewriting the sentences by using cursive writing.
