AFFIDAVIT

That we the undersigned, of legal ages, Filipino citizens, with residence address and
registered voters of Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and says:

That on May 14, 2018, after the election, on the same day at around 5 to 9 pm, when
it was started the counting of the ballot boxes of registered voters in segregated rooms at
Culiat Elementary School and Culiat High School, in Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, we the
watchers of Sirafhai Suhaili, a Candidate for Brgy. Kagawad of Brgy. Culiat, noticed that Sirafhai
Suhaili is in rank of top 5, in the counting, the fact that we estimated and foresee that she
will be the no.5 if not no. 6 of the whole tally set;

That on the midnight at around 12pm, suddenly the light was off there was
simultaneous black out in 8 rooms both Culiat Elementary and High School, before the black
out occurred, one of the watcher of Amira Ebrahim alleged that si Fhai Suhaili is leading she
says in tagalog lamang si Fhai mamaya magka brown out na at around 12pm there was brown
out, 30 minutes after the brown out, the counting proceed, thereafter Sirafhai was in the rank
no. 8, in the counting, we surprise in the result, we remembered the case of VP Leni Robredo
and Bongbong Marcos.

That the truth of the matter we saw 2 ballot boxes in both Culiat Elementary School
and Culiat High School, with no inside pcs of papers we really doubt that there was already a
manipulation, cahoots and imbecility intention by the Bernardo team in order that Fhai Suhaili
will be eliminated and the 2 candidates Suplet Dominador and others member of team
Bernardo will be in the ready made listing in the winner candidates.

That Sirafhai Suhaili, is a member of MRRD she was indorsed by majority of the
constituents of Luzon Street, Salam compound street, wherein the list of the highest voters
among the street and others street in Brgy. Culiat, she was also indorsed by the Iglesia Ni
Cristo INC Votes in Brgy. Culiat she included in the list of no.7, INC solid vote. Attached
herewith the xerox copy sample ballot of INC in Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City.

That it sad to say, that this practices of the politician in Barangay Culiat, this will be
violation to the right of freedom of suffrage to our constituents, we felt transgressed on the
result of the election its a dent effect on the part of our constituents.

We therefore believed and adhere the leadership of His Excellency President Rodrigo
Duterte for the common people to eliminate the corruption in any sectors in the government
agencies. We needs changes reform the leadership in order to achieve and accomplish good
governance in our society.
