CHAPTER I: INTROCUCTION

1.1 Executive Summary

Labadabango Laundry shop is a full service coin-op


laundry (washing, drying, and folding) service dedicated
to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by
rendering reliable machines and furnishing a clean,
enjoyable atmosphere at a competitive price.
Labadabango Laundry shop's mission is to provide the
customer with the most pleasant laundry experience in the
Panqui, Tarlac area. We exist to attract and maintain
customers. With a strict adherence to this maxim, success
will be ensured. Our services will exceed the
expectations of the customers.
1.2 Vision and Mission

Vision

It is our vision to provide a quality services to our


customers. We are to provide them what our business
name represents a "Labada na mabango" service.

Mission
Labadabango Laundry shop's mission is to provide the
customer with the most pleasant laundry experience in the
Panqui, Tarlac area. We exist to attract and maintain
customers. With a strict adherence to this maxim, success
will be ensured. Our services will exceed the
expectations of the customers.
1.3 Objectives

 To be able to expand the business in other areas of


the community in its two operating years.
 To gain loyal customers in a year.
 To establish a good brand to customers and gain
brand loyalty in its first three months of operation
by prevailing a socially responsible enterprise.
 To increase profits after a year.
Chapter II: COMPANY
2.1TYPE OF BUSINESS
The Partners voluntarily associate themselves as general partners
for the purpose of conducting the general business of Laundry
Service, and any other type of business that may from time to time be
agreed on by the Partners.
2.2 Name of the Enterprise
A business name is one of the most essential things to be prepared
in starting a business. Because it represents your business.

Labadabango means "Labada na Mabango".


We make sure that your clothes are clean and fragrant.
2.3 Location

The location of the business will be at the back of Paniqui Public


Market.

2.4 INITIAL CAPITAL

The Initial capital of this Partnership shall be the sum of


₱1,500,000.00, to which each partner shall contribute equally.
Maria Elijah Z. Nolasco shall contribute cash amounted to
₱ 750,000.00 in cash.
Pacifico L. Hernandez shall contribute cash amounted to
₱ 750,000.00 in cash.
2.5 WITHDRAWAL OF PARTNERSHIP

No Partners shall withdraw any portion of the capital


of the Partnership without the express written consent of
the partners.

2.6 PROFIT AND LOSSES

Any net profits or losses that may accrued in the


Partnership shall distrubuted to or borne by the Partners in
equal portions.

2.7 DISSOLUTION

In the events of retirement, expulsion, bankruptcy,


death, or insanity of a general partner, the remaining
partners have the right to continue the business of the
Partnership under the same name by themselves, or with
any other persons they select.
2.8 MANAGING PARTNERS

In the general conduct of the Partnership business all


the Partners shall be consulted and the advice and
opinions of the Partners shall be obtained so much as is
practicable. However, for the purpose of fixing and
harmonizing the policies and practices of the Partnership
and of securing uniformity and continuity in the conduct
of its business, the general management of the Partnership
business shall rest solely in the Managing Partners.

The Managing Partners shall be:

Maria Elijah Z. Nolasco, residing at Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija.


2.9 SOLE AGREEMENT

This instrument contains the sole agreement of the parties


relating to their Partnership and correctly sets forth the rights,
duties and obligations
of each of the other in connection with is as of this date. Any
prior agreements, promises, negotiations, or representations not
expressly set forth in this

Agreement are of no force or effect.

The Partners have duly executed this Agreement on the day


and year set forth herein above.
