T his short book is our attempt to answer the question, what exactly do I get
from uP! with NLP? The challenge in answering that question stems from
the fact that we never ‘boxed’ the program and instead let each of our participants
shape what their experience is going to be.
In the program people come and ask us for various things. And truly, real changes
in their lives starts with real changes in them. So, the critical job, that Harini and
I perform is to identify what change do you need in you as a person to get the
life you desire? NLP beyond the trail of techniques it has created in the past 40
years, is primarily an information gathering tool. It allows a practitioner to gather
precise information of the unconscious processes of an individual, moment by
moment. And Harini and I always look for the ‘gap’ in the unconscious processes,
as in, what is the most important change that has to happen for a person to get
maximum returns in their effort. And we look for these gaps based on the NLP
models that have been created by modelling geniuses from all walks of life. We
gather this information of how you think from your language, from the sequences
of your non verbals in response to carefully crafted parables and so on.
All this leads to one thing, superior capabilities, which means: a better you, who
has benefited from personally targeted and artfully engineered conversational
programming.
So truly, what you get from uP! depends on who you are, what you desire and
most importantly how much life you have ahead of you? In the remaining pages,
we have outlined the learning and outcomes for people from different walks of
life. We are not boxing you into any one of the nine categorizes illustrated, rather
you may find yourself intrigued and interested to grow in certain aspects of your
life, and identify yourself from examples from more than one of the outlined
categories. After all, your story is unique, and so is what you will get from the
superior capabilities after the uP! experience. We are as curious as you are to
discover what the tapestry of your story is going to be from the uP! Experience.
