1. Machine total guards to be removed. -
2. All coolant connections disconnected and removed. -

All hydraulic pipes to be removed.

All lubrication lines to be removed.

Lubrication points X,Y and Z axis to be check and solve it.
6. -
X,Y and Z axis slider and bed to be check and scrapping to be
done .if any terkite,spoild new on stick it and scrap it.

All slides dismantled and check it individual parallality and
8. perpendicularity and to be scrape X,Y and Z. -
Beds XYZ any variation in parallality and perpendicularity do
9. it grinding in MTE. -

Any spares like procurement and manufacturing items MTE

10. will arrange. -

11. Consumable items like grease, cotton waste ,cloths -

kerosene ,tool box MTE source only.

12. Machine disassembly and scrapping final assembly will be -

taken time 45 working days.

We will be provide only service.

We will provide XYZ parameters.

Total team will work on this machine for these service
charges.
Overhead crane will be providing in MTE.

-AFTER WORK-20%
