MSBVEE

Goals & Objectives:

The certificate course in welding and NDT scheme will make the qualified Inspectors better acceptable to industry all
over India and abroad, open up opportunity and mobility throughout the country. The Inspectors role being well before
manufacturing starts, continues during manufacturing operation, involves action after manufacturing completed, and is
finished only when the results are properly reported. As a part of a quality system, inspection activities are defined in an
in inspection and QA Plan, which clearly describes what is required. The inspector is frequently responsible for producing
documents that ensure traceability of the components and related fabricating action. Ones the welding is completed a
new series of inspection tasks begin according to an approved procedure, keeping track of the status of examination and
testing and selecting specific welds for further NDT or mechanical testing
• Awareness of Safety precautions.
