PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2016- Beulah Ralph Elementary
present As the Media Instructional Aide, I teach K-
5th grade media class on a rotating
specialists schedule. I manage 24 different
classes and teach topics from digital
citizenship, to computer science and coding,
while reinforcing core subject areas.
Summer  Kindergarten Summer School
'16, '17, '18 As a kindergarten summer school teacher, for
Columbia Public Schools, I familiarize our
newest students with the school building and
classroom routines. I lead students in letter and
number exploration activities incorporated into
an Oceans of Fun summer theme. 

Spring Ulysses S. Grant Elementary 2014-16 Columbia Montessori School

2016 As a student teacher in a kindergarten
classroom, I took over all responsibilities of
the hosting teacher for the semester. I led
whole group, small group, and individual
lessons in all subject areas. I led parent-
teacher conferences and had weekly
communication with all families.
As an assistant lead teacher of a primary
classroom. I helped the lead teacher plan
appropriate learning activities for 3-5 year
olds in a Montessori setting. In the long
term absence of the lead teacher, I served
as interim lead and took over all
lead responsibilities.
