Step1. Get members base
Definition:

Members Base: The United States inhabitants that have been or are being born and
raised in the United States and the approved alien population that has met the
proper protocols as based and defined by Ritman doctrine.

Basic idea:

In the first part (step 1) the current in habitants of the United States and the
approved alien population in the United States will be fingerprinted and cataloged
into a primary database. Any and all finances will be available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week and 365 days a year.

The Ritopian Credit System will be put into effect.

Internet management of any financial objects.

All Currency and Coin will and must be confiscated and

destroyed on application and after full conversion!!!!!
Negative Vs. Positive

Negative interest – The charging of interest that is used as to gain a profit

and raise the initial cost of an object being bought

Positive interest – interest that is accumulated with the objective of adding to

the initial amount that was deposited, given, received, etc

Negative interest is to only be charged if the interest is going to be applied and

used to show a positive outlook towards the population of the community, Country
or the world and/or the underlying RCS community and not for the pure ability of
just gaining a profit.

Taxes

All taxes will be eliminated as revised as to allow for maximum efficiency and
optimum anti-stress levels for all the residing population in the country or and
individual base member that is under jurists diction of the (RCS) Ritopian Credit
System.

Fees

Equipment rental fee will be placed on all RCS utilities and equipment as to further
the advancement of the RCS till it reaches maximum velocity,

When a Person is accepted into the RCS or in the Future is born in the United
States, they will be issued the standard social security number in the normal format

The SSS# will also be assigned to prevent identity theft and to allow a person to
perform there day to day events and financial opportunities without giving the
identity A.K.A. the SS# away to every given person.

The only person or companies that will ever request a persons SS# will be a federal
agency or acting official.

*1) if either donors do not apply or one of the donors refuses/ denies the
application process the conception of the child will be declared void and

Any person taking any section of testing or class section must have a 90%
completion rate to pass and proceed in the driving process.

Class Breakdown

Classes will be held daily but class assignment will be in accordance to when the
permit was achieved.

The first 6 classed will be book work containing safety, common sense and
practical driving assignments and the execution of correct driving behaviors

The last 6 classes will be physical driving in a closed course and familiarization
with a vehicle.
School Pay

A normal school day is 8:00A.M. – 3:00P.M.

Every Student that is of age will receive a laptop.

Using a Local Network website the student will log on and punch into their school
day. At the end of the school day or at the time of dismissal the student will log
out.

Pay rate

1.50/hr*

The student must obtain and maintain a GPA that is of 3.5 or higher to retain an
untainted pay rate.

If a student was to drop under a GPA of 3.5 the student would then be penalized a
% of the pay.

If any student were to drop out the student’s account would be penalized 36% and
no further Ritopian would be allowed to be deposited.

Employment Lunch

The Employer is responsible that all employees have a minimum 30 min unpaid
unaccumulating lunch every 4+ hours and that employee has RI that can be spent
on edible objects that can be eaten with in 30mins.

Pay Rate

5 min = 100RI

Ex.1) Target has hired Joe. Joe works his first day of training. During his first day
Joe works 3 hours.

3hr = 180min

180min / 5min = 36gmin

36gmin * 100RI = 360RI

Joe has accumulated 360RI in his Meal Account that can be use the next time he
has a lunch.

In this example Joe also does not receive a lunch, he has accumulated Meal Credit.

Ex.2) Sarah starts work at 8:00A.M. She is scheduled to work until 4:00P.M. That
is a total of 8hr. according to the meal rules Sarah must have a break after the 4th
hour. 12:00P.M. Sarah takes her lunch. Her total shift time is 7.5hr.

Meal Accumulation

8:00A.M. – 12:00P.M. = 4hr

4hr = 240min

240min / 5min = 48gmin

48gmin * 100RI = 480RI

During this 7.5hr shift Sarah would accumulate a total of 900RI
