Greetings in Peace! I am Atty. Alexis C. Enriquez, counsel of the Plaintiff Company. I am

writing for the purpose of executing a judgment in my favor. The background of this case is that,
the case is entitled RUSHCASH LENDING CORPORATION vs. SALVACION T.
LARA,et.al. and docketed as Civil Case No. 23,128-F-2014. The case is for Replevin with
Alternative Prayer for Sum of Money with Damages and Attorney’s Fees. The case is also
already decided (please see Attachment “A”) by Hon. Marie Estrellitas Tolentino-Rojas which
is on October 27, 2015 at the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2 here in Davao City. There
is also an existing WRIT OF EXECUTION issued dated March 2, 2017 (please see
Attachment “B”).

However, due to distance, for the fact is that Salvacion T. Lara or defendant’s residence is
somewhere in Visayas, particularly at Olis St., Tanjay City, Negros Oriental. Thus, we are
inquiring from your humble office, to ask for the best way to execute the judgment.

I am looking forward to a favorable reply from your end. With the help of MTCC Davao
City Branch 2 Court, we are very much interested in executing the judgment. Thank you for your
kind consideration and accommodation.
