EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1. THE TEAM - Management Profile - Why are we a winning team


After a year of activity, we are 3. Raluca Predincea, the only girl in this business is working
with the content. She is helping with the content of facebook page, with our image and Instagram
profile. Adrian Mihalcea is helping with the website’s engine and content. He brings something
new everyday, an infusion of ideas. I am helping with networkin. g of the business, with the
contacts.

We have a lot of competitors out there trying to make Romania visible for tourists from
outside the country. But they are just trying.
We have something that they don’t. We have a website with 10 languages including
Chinese, French, English, Romanian, Italian etc.
They show just images of Romania, we try to say something about those landmarks. As I
said before, our landmarks are not just landmarks. Are places full of history and legends that could
bring tourists from all the continents.
In our opinion, just one Business is bigger than us. They are named Zig Zag through
Romania. They are bringing ideas from all villages in Romania in front of the world.
As you may know or not, tourism industry is the second biggest industry after weapons.
Knowing this and having a country to explore, I am sure we’ll make Romania known by all.

We tried to spend not so much money. We wanted to show the world that you can do
something great with little money. We tried to have an initial budget of 1k euros. Next, I will show
every money that we spent on this business:
- Facebook sponsorships – 100 lei/ month
- Site construction – 500 lei
- Site administration – 100 lei /year
- Business registration – 3000 lei
Till now, we don’t have any kind of money earned. It’s first year of activity and we have
some results. In the second year of activity we won’t seek any kind of money. Our activity is more
like a hobby than a business, so, we only seek happiness not money ( maybe in the near future, we
will implement a system for money to be earned )

5. IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP - Projects - Milestones - Roadmap


Well, it’s a long way till far is an old but true saying. We want to make every zone from
Romania known by the world. First step is to take a region, to visit all the landmarks from there
and to make articles about them. After that we’ll seek legends and traditions about places and
we’ll make them known by the people abroad.
After that, the second step is to take another zone, and another one till we finish all. After this
activities we’ll participate at meetings about tourism were we’ll show Romania to the world.

Critical success factors - Specific risks and counter measures
The obstacles in our activity is the authorities because are some villages who have just a
few landmarks and the authorities do not let us taking photos or discussing about the history of
them.
Another obstacle is the content, the stories, are hard to find and is hard to find someone to
tell them.
Another obstacle is represented by local people. Some of them doesn’t understand the idea
of the business and, sometimes are hostile.
