Some more things to keep in mind, because local medical marijuana laws
are almost always changing and under development — it’s very important
for any potential gardeners to be fully familiar with the current laws and
regulations in their own state, city and or county.
In all areas that marijuana has become legal in the United States it is
much too easy to become fully state legal, and it’s certainly easier than
spending time in jail or worse, so make sure you are following all local
laws and regulations.
However as it is still entirely illegal by federal law, another important thing
to consider is — even though the federal laws do consider any marijuana
illegal, it does consider 3 – 4 plants personal use. And as such growing
more than 4 plants is a felony. Any person without any prior record with
only 4 plants would likely be charged with a misdemeanor. For this reason
a lot of gardeners, even though perfectly legal according to local laws, will
still only have four growing living plants. The federal laws do not really
clarify the difference between seedlings, clones, vegetative plants and
flowering plants, and so to be safe, these growers only have four plants,
period. But a healthy high yielding garden can be successfully grown in
such a fashion, having only one, two or three mother plants and one plant
in full flower, kept in rotation and using techniques like monster-cropping.

Another concern I found out was to check with your health care provider
as to their policy on medical marijauna before starting. I heard of at least
one instance where an individual disclosed they had a medical and were
using and were dismissed as a patient for self medicating . whether that
was for not notifying the care provider or that is their policy im not sure but
it caused one of my associates to not apply for his medical and wait until
recreational became legal so as to avoid as he put it being on the radar.
How that makes a difference when you give a urine sample i don’t know. I

I had been wanting to know if you ever thoguht of modifying the page
layout of your blog? It is very well written; I really like what youve got to
say. But maybe you can create a a bit more in the way of content so
